Quantity Surveyor (Interior & Decoration)

• Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for interior decoration, custom furniture, and fit-out
works based on architectural drawings and mood boards.
- Calculate material, labor, and specialized finishing requirements
- Draft comprehensive BOQs and tender packages.
- Monitor ongoing project expenditures and reconcile actual site costs against approved budgets.
- Manage client and subcontractor variations, change orders, and price adjustments.
- Prepare final accounts, retention tracking, and close-out financial reports upon project completion

• Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Interior
Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of QS experience specifically within interior decoration, fit-out, or furniture manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reading architectural/interior drawings, and measurement tools. Deep understanding of interior decoration materials, finishes, market rates, and procurement workflows
