As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.\nEssential Duties:\nCreates memorable event experiences through personalized and genuine interactions\nStocks/sets up portable bar, mixes and servesdeliciousalcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records.\nMaintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products. Communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed.\nEnsures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.\nCommunicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.\nPerforms opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control, cleaning, set-up and break-down of portable bar.\nAccountable for all transactions (cash and non-cash) for checks and cash transactions. Reconciles/verifies all transactions to the UtilizesPoint of Sales System.\nReviews banquet schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events.\nIncorporates safe work practices in job performance.\nRegular and reliable attendance.\nPerforms other duties as required.\nEducation/Experience: \nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPhysical Demands:\nFrequently stands, walks, talks, hears, and uses hands. Regularly reaches with hands and arms. Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches; tastes, smells and sits. Frequently lifts up to 25 pounds. Occasionally may lift up to 50 pounds.\nEnvironment/Noise:\n Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions.
