As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.\nCompensation: $16.00 per hour plus Service Charges,Employee Meals\nGeneral Purpose:\nMakes and serves guests delicious beverages in accordance with established standards and with hospitality and professionalism in an upscale bar setting within a private community. Creates memorable dining experiences through personalized and genuine interactions.\nEssential Duties:\nStocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintains inventory records.\nAssists department leaders with creation of seasonal cocktails and development of menu.\nAssists department leaders with Social Media schedule and creation of content.\nMaintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products.\nCommunicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed.\nEnsure compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.\nCommunicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.\nPerforms opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.\nAccountable for checks and cash transactions.
