As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.\nSummary:\nMakes and serves guests delicious beverages in accordance with established standards and with hospitality and professionalism. Creates memorable dining experiences through personalized and genuine interactions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nStocks the bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control and inventory, and maintains inventory records.\nAssists department leaders with the creation of seasonal cocktails and menu development.\nAssists department leaders with the social media schedule and content creation.\nMaintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products.
