As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.\nAnnual Compensation: $75,000.00\nSummary:\nThe ideal candidate is a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Primary duties include performing repairs, maintenance and ensuring cleanliness of facilities. This role oversees and coordinates preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, kitchen, elevator, and security systems. Additionally, this role documents, communicates, and coordinates warranty repairs for the clubhouse.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerforms repairs and maintenance and ensures cleanliness of the entire facility.\nManages contracts and contracted services that pertain to the maintenance of the facility and grounds.\nOversees the operation of mechanical and power equipment utilized in the maintenance of the facility.\nCoordinates exterior property cleaning and maintenance in accordance with company standards.\nImplements policies and procedures for the Building Maintenance Department, including compliance with all company standards relating to quality of products and services.\nOversees interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates; addresses complaints and resolves problems.\nMonitors business volume forecasts and plans accordingly in areas of manpower, productivity, costs, and other expenses.\nManages department members that may include, but are not limited to: Assistant Maintenance Manager, Housepersons, Carpenters, Security, Electricians, Technicians, Maintenance Staff, and Plumbers.\nEnsures that effective orientation and training are given to each new associate.
