As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.\nPosition Summary\nThe Building Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance, repair, and appearance of the club’s buildings and amenities. This role works closely with the Director of Facilities and leads the maintenance team, helps coordinates vendors, helps manage work orders, and plans preventive maintenance to keep facilities safe, functional, and welcoming for members, guests, and employees.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise, schedule, train, and support building maintenance employees.\nInspect the clubhouse, dining areas, fitness facilities, restrooms, offices, and other assigned buildings and amenities regularly.\nPrioritize work orders and ensure repairs are completed promptly and to a high standard.\nMaintain preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, equipment, and building systems.\nCoordinate outside contractors, obtain proposals, monitor work quality, and verify completion.\nOversee pool and spa maintenance, including equipment inspections, water-quality monitoring, cleaning schedules, and coordination of repairs with qualified vendors.\nRespond to urgent maintenance issues and coordinate after-hours support when needed.\nHelps maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, service contracts, warranties, and equipment.\nMonitor supplies, tools, and inventory while controlling costs.\nFollow applicable safety procedures, building requirements, and club policies.\nCommunicate project timelines, service interruptions, and facility concerns clearly to club leadership and affected departments.\nWork closely with Housekeeping, to support daily operations and events as needed.\nQualifications\nAt least five years of building or facilities maintenance experience, including supervisory experience.\nWorking knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs.\nExperience coordinating contractors, managing work orders, and maintaining preventive maintenance records.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work a flexible schedule and respond to urgent facility needs.\nPrivate club, hospitality, or large-property experience preferred.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to walk the property, climb ladders, lift and move maintenance materials, and work in indoor and outdoor conditions, with or without reasonable accommodation.\nBenefits & Other Compensation:\nThis position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:\nHealthcare Benefits - Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage\n Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)\n Time Off - Paid time off (PTO) and leaves of absence, in accordance with applicable law and eligibility criteria\nAdditional Compensation - Eligibility for Employee Meals\nEligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company’s discretion.\nAbout Troon Privé\nTroon Privé is the private club division of Troon, the global leader in golf and club management.
