Position Summary The Building Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance, repair, and appearance of the club’s buildings and amenities. This role works closely with the Director of Facilities and leads the maintenance team, helps coordinates vendors, helps manage work orders, and plans preventive maintenance to keep facilities safe, functional, and welcoming for members, guests, and employees. Key Responsibilities Supervise, schedule, train, and support building maintenance employees. Inspect the clubhouse, dining areas, fitness facilities, restrooms, offices, and other assigned buildings and amenities regularly.
