As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.\nGeneral Purpose:\nThe Community Association Manager is responsible for the overall homeowner experience and daily life within the community. The Community Association Manager maintains and reviews the governing documents and develops relationships with community owners.\nEssential Duties:\nCoordinates and oversee vendors to maintain neighborhood and common area landscaping as well as neighborhood and common area snow removal\nManages Community Security and Greeter’s Cottage, including overall property access for members, guests and construction\nOversees code enforcement for members and construction through routine inspections and reminder letters\nManages the process of repair and maintenance of roads, street signage and lighting, trail system and storm water retention areas\nPrepares and assist with Community and Neighborhood budgets\nOversees reserve study for Community Association assets\nSecures and prepares bid specifications\nCoordinates Association and Neighborhood communications\nAssists with collection of dues, assessments and other charges also sending reminder letters as needed\nWorks with Community Association Board, coordinate and attend Board meetings, track board minutes and resolutions\nTracks and maintains financial, compliance and corporate records, recorded membership and disclosure statements as well as governing documents\nMaintains Board training and planned Community statue compliance\nMaintains certifications and education that pertain to the role and responsibilities\nWorks with leadership to manage insurance coverage\nPerform other duties as required\nEducation/Experience:\nMinimum of two years’ experience working within a community, preferably large-scal, or closely-related experience.\nPreferred:\nHolds (or be pursuing) the CMCA (Certified Managers Community Associations) or higher certification\nExperience in luxury hospitality\nJob Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements\nProven leadership/supervisory experience\nExceptional customer service and communication skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving ability\nHighly organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask\nCapacity to plan, organize and prioritize to meet deadlines\nProficient in information technology; Outlook, Microsoft platforms and industry-related programs\nCompetent knowledge of general maintenance for snow removal, landscaping and storm water retention\nPhysical Demands:\nMove, lift, carry, push, pull, kneel and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
