As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.\nEssential Duties & Key Responsibilities:\nMeets and greets all owners & guests in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner\n\nAssists owners, visitors, & associates with inquiries and directions\n\nOperates as an information source of the area during their stay\n\nPromotes all of the facilities and area attractions as well as provides detailed contact information & directional assistance\n\nAnswers all incoming calls to the Concierge desk and main switchboard\n\nCommunicates with owners & guests to make all pre-arrival arrangements & plan their itinerary of activities\n\nEstablishes and maintains numerous relationships with vendors/suppliers for The Rocks\n\nAssist with dining reservations, tee time bookings, spa appointments, transportation arrangements and activities & excursions as requested.\n\nAssists with any special arrangements for owners & guests\n\nWorks with various destination club representatives to provide specialized service in accordance with their various SOP’s.\n\nServes as liaison between owners/guests with housekeeping needs and maintenance requests.\n\nCreate Food & Beverage Function Sheets/BEO’s for pre-arrival hors d’oeuvres, BBQ packs, In-villa dinners and other amenities as requested\n\nAssists Food & Beverage Department with coordination & marketing of clubhouse special events\n\nPerforms other duties as required that may include - but not limited to- accurately posting charges to owner/guest house bills; process departure charges to owner/guest account based on established procedures, assists with the reservation process, conducts property/villa tours as needed as well as additional standard operating procedures set forth by various owner/destination clubs.\n\nConsistent and reliable attendance\n\nQualifications:\nMinimum of one-year related experience or training.
