As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.\nGeneral Purpose:\nAssist guests with check in and check out and serve as an information source for guests.\nEssential Duties:\nAccurately posts all charges to guest’s bills.\nChecks all guests in and out of the resort based on established procedures.\nPromotes activities and special events the facilities.\nProvides accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area.\nAnswers guest questions and provides directions.\nAccountable for all cash, checks and credit card receipts.\nAccountable for all printed folios and required supporting paperwork.\nActivates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather or medical emergency.\nAssists with faxing, copying and message taking duties.\nPromptly answers the phone and direct calls to the appropriate location.\nRegular and reliable attendance.\nPerforms other duties as required.\nEducation/Experience:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPhysical Demands:\nFrequently stands, walks, talks and hears. Regularly uses hands, reaches with arms and hands. Occasionally sits, stoops, kneels, crouches or crawls.
