As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.\nCompensation: $22.00-25.00/hour depending on experience\nGeneral Purpose:\nAssists in the execution of the property’s culinary strategy. Responsible for the overall operations for the back of house and kitchen area of the restaurant. Kitchen managers assists in training staff, monitoring inventory, rotation and cleanliness processes, and ensuring everyone is trained on proper food preparation and kitchen safety techniques.\nEssential Duties:\n· Prepares food orders in a timely manner to ensure proper stocking to meet demand\n· Assists in expediting orders and facilitating efficient workflows to ensure guest order accuracy and timeliness\n· Assists in the development of menu items and recipes\n· Develops food prep lists\n· Maintains sanitation standards and assists with health department inspections\n· Assists in monthly inventory of food and other supplies\n· Make recommendations when hiring, evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates\n· Addresses complaints and resolves problems\n· Assists in the coordination of department members that may include, but is not limited to: Cooks, Dishwashers, Food Runners, Bussers\n· Incorporates safe work practices in job performance\n· Regular and reliable attendance\n· Performs other duties as required\nMinimum Requirements:\n· Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience\n· Must be ServSafe Certified (Food Manager)\nThis job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an associate in this position may be asked to perform from time to time.\nAbout Troon\nFounded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world’s largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
