To be successful in this role, you should have experience with various pizza types and be available to work during the afternoon/evening shift, 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays.\nResponsibilities:\nPrepare pizzas out of our menu and based on custom order.\nBake a wide variety of pizza doughs, including thin crust, thick crust and cheese-stuffed.\nMake fresh tomato, pesto and white cream sauce\nWash and chop vegetables (for example, tomatoes, peppers, onions and mushrooms).\nCut, slice and grill meats like chicken, ham and beef.\nMonitor food stock and place orders, as needed.\nMaintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment.\nRequirements and skills:\nWork experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a restaurant.\nHands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza dough.\nFamiliarity with professional kitchen equipment and brick or stone oven.\nUnderstanding of food hygiene.\nGood time-management skills.\nMust be able to work weekends and holidays.\nWe offer outstanding benefits and compensation plans, including medical, dental, vision, insurance, and short-term disability.
