As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.\n Pay: $10.00 per hour\n\nA pro shop clerk manages daily golf course operations, handles customer transactions, and books tee times. Key duties include operating the register, greeting guests, and maintaining shop cleanliness. Core Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greets members, answers phone calls, and explains course rules or lesson details. Tee Times & Bookings: Schedules and manages player reservations using point-of-sale (POS) systems. Retail & Sales: Processes green fees, collects payments, and sells golf apparel or equipment. Administrative Tasks: Reconciles daily cash drawers, tracks inventory, and assists with tournament coordination\n\nGeneral Description of Duties and Responsibilities\n\nResponsible to continually monitor, implement and adhere to all company goals, policies, procedures and controls. \nAssist golf professionals with the checking in golfers and maintain a properly functioning tee sheet and pace of play. \nAssist with receiving merchandise and adhere to purchase order procedures. \nAssist with the rotation of shop displays. \nMaintain an organized stock room and assist the buyer and other shop assistants with stock and golf shop cleanliness. \nAssist with pricing of merchandise. \nAssist with maintaining proper inventory counts and levels. \nPerform other duties as requested by the Head Professional.\nProvide service in any and every way.
