The role supports the Head of Talent Operations in managing team performance, resolving operational issues, improving processes and ensuring the team consistently delivers against business and client requirements.\n\nTalent Operations & Fulfilment\n\nOversee daily manpower requirements across assigned projects and clients.\n\nEnsure hiring and fulfilment targets are achieved.\n\nIdentify manpower gaps early and drive recovery plans with recruiters.\n\nPrioritise urgent, high-volume and business-critical projects.\n\nMonitor attendance, cancellations, drop-offs and replacements.\n\nEnsure operational issues are resolved promptly with minimal client impact.\n\nTeam Management\n\nSupervise and guide recruiters and Talent Operations team members.\n\nConduct daily follow-ups on hiring progress, gaps and priorities.\n\nEnsure clear task ownership and accountability within the team.\n\nCoach team members who are underperforming and implement improvement plans where required.\n\nSupport onboarding and training of new team members.\n\nAct as the first escalation point before matters are escalated to the Head of Talent Operations.\n\nTalent Quality & Performance\n\nMonitor talent performance, attendance and behavioural issues.\n\nEnsure talent tagging, feedback and performance records are properly documented.\n\nReview recurring talent issues and recommend appropriate actions.\n\nMaintain a healthy and reliable talent pool for recurring and high-value projects.\n\nWork with the team to improve talent retention, reactivation and repeat participation.\n\nOperational Governance\n\nEnsure operational SOPs, hiring requirements and client-specific requirements are followed.\n\nMonitor team trackers and ensure information is accurate and updated on time.\n\nEnsure proper documentation and audit trail for operational decisions.\n\nIdentify recurring operational gaps and recommend process improvements.\n\nSupport implementation of new processes, systems and Talent Operations initiatives.\n\nStakeholder & Escalation Management\n\nCoordinate closely with Talent Operations and other internal teams on manpower requirements.\n\nManage operational escalations and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.\n\nEscalate significant risks, recurring issues or client-impacting matters to the Head of Talent Operations.\n\nSupport investigations and provide operational records/data where required.\n\nReporting & Performance Management\n\nMonitor daily, weekly and monthly Talent Operations performance.\n\nAnalyse hiring gaps, fulfilment, attendance, drop-offs and other operational trends.\n\nPrepare performance updates and highlight areas requiring intervention.\n\nDrive corrective actions where KPIs are below target.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications :\n\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in Operations and or Recruitment\n\n1–2 years’ team leadership/supervisory experience\n\nStrong people management, operational and problem-solving skills\n\nAble to manage high-volume, fast-paced operations and multiple priorities\n\nStrong ownership, accountability and sense of urgency\n\nStrong in reporting, data tracking and performance analysis\n\nProficient in Google Sheets, including formulas, data management, trackers and reporting\n\nProficient in Google Slides, with the ability to prepare clear management presentations\n\nAble to build and maintain operational trackers, dashboards and performance reports\n\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy\n\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nGig economy / manpower / staffing experience is an advantage\n\nWilling to support weekends/public holidays when operationally required\n\nSkills\nStrategic Thinking, Team Leadership,
