at least a Diploma or higher, majoring in Computer Science or equivalent.\n\nAt least 4 years of working experience in mobile app development.\n\nMinimum 3-4 years of hands-on Flutter/Dart experience, ideally including at least one native-to-Flutter migration project.\n\nWorking proficiency in Kotlin and native Android development.\n\nUnderstands the mobile app development life cycle across both native and cross-platform frameworks.\n\nProficient in Flutter, Dart, RESTful API, JSON and XML.\n\nExperience with platform channels / native bridging (connecting Flutter to native Android and iOS code) is a strong advantage.\n\nProficient with OOP design and architecture.\n\nProficient with Google Play Store and Apple App Store submission procedures, and beta testing.\n\nProficient with data analytics implementation.\n\nExperience with UI Testing and Unit Testing.\n\nWell-versed in the implementation of UI design, A/B testing, and improvements towards user experience.\n\nWell-versed in
