Key Responsibilities : Develop, test and deploy Troopers' internal mobile applications using Flutter. Maintain and support the existing native Android/iOS codebase.. Build with reusable code, libraries, and frameworks for future use. Develop UI based on the UI/UX design provided, ensuring consistency across iOS and Android platforms. Implement front-end validations and handle user-friendly error outputs. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. Guide junior team members and manage their tasks. Achieving objectives set by stakeholders in a timely manner. Learning and applying new technologies to improve overall development. Service hours may vary based on the requirements of each project. Requirements Qualifications : Must possess at least a Diploma or higher, majoring in Computer Science or equivalent. At least 4 years of working experience in mobile app development. Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on Flutter/Dart experience, ideally including at least one native-to-Flutter migration project. Working proficiency in Kotlin and native Android development.
