multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.\n\nProactive in anticipating the manager’s needs and suggesting solutions.\n\nDetail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.\n\nMaintain strict confidentiality for all executive and administrative matters.\n\nTrusted to manage private and sensitive information professionally.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.\n\nProficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).\n\nSkills\nEvent Planning, Human Resource Management, Administrative
