This is a unique opportunity to help scale the world’s first AI coaching platform for gamers at the intersection of gaming and AI.\nWhat You’ll Do\nStrategy & Analysis\nPartner with the Head of Product & CEO on core strategic initiatives (B2B + B2C).\nLead market analysis, competitive deep dives, and opportunity sizing to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.\nBuild business cases and quantitative models that inform go/no-go decisions on new games, partnerships, and investment bets.\nHelp chase down ambiguous, zero-to-one problems , from hypothesis to framework to action plan.\nOps & Execution\nBuild the operating backbone: architect workflows, OKRs, and business review processes that scale with the company.\nDrive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Partnerships, and Marketing to ensure alignment and delivery.\nCreate leverage for leadership by taking point on pitch decks, proposals, and high-stakes projects that require polish and speed.\nGrowth Enablement\nSupport partnerships and BD with market research, TAMs, and strategic storytelling.\nHelp track product performance and translate insights into prioritized business actions.\nTranslate product and market learnings into clear narratives for investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.\nSkills You’ll Bring\n2+ years experience in a fast-paced, analytical role (e.g., chief of staff, bizops, VC/PE, banking, consulting, or growth-focused roles at a high-growth tech company).\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into strategic insights\nFirst-principles thinker who can structure ambiguous problems into clear frameworks.\nOutstanding communication can craft executive-level decks and align stakeholders.\nRelentlessly resourceful -
