You agree to face-and break through-new challenges every single day. \nThe Amazon Operations Analyst supports the growth and operational performance of Trove Brands’ Amazon US 1P business through data analysis, forecasting, inventory management, and operational execution. This role is responsible for monitoring sales performance, analyzing inventory trends, managing purchase order execution, and identifying potential risks and opportunities. Working closely with Amazon Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and other cross-functional teams, you will help ensure accurate ordering, inventory availability, and efficient operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that support business growth.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnalyze Amazon sales, inventory, forecasting, and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.\nMonitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and product availability to support accurate replenishment and minimize stockouts.\nOversee Amazon purchase order execution, tracking orders from creation through fulfillment and delivery.\nIdentify and resolve operational issues related to purchase orders, inventory discrepancies, and order processing.\nMaintain accurate reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into key business metrics and operational performance.\nCollaborate with Amazon Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, EDI/Processing, and Finance teams to improve operational efficiency.\nSupport forecasting and inventory planning efforts by analyzing historical sales data, demand trends, and inventory performance.\nMonitor Amazon Vendor Central operations and help ensure accurate product, order, and inventory information.\nProactively identify process improvements and opportunities to streamline workflows and support scalable business growth.\nRequired Qualifications:\n1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, retail analytics, sales operations, supply chain, marketplace operations, or a related field.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with data analysis and reporting tools.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nAbility to identify operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and recommend effective solutions.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.\nAbility to learn new systems, processes, and reporting platforms quickly.\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience working with Amazon Vendor Central or Amazon 1P operations.\nPrevious experience supporting Amazon sales, inventory management, forecasting, or purchase order processes.\nExperience in retail or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments.\nBackground in retail analytics, sales planning, or supply chain operations supporting major retailers such as Walmart or Target.\nFamiliarity with EDI processes, inventory management systems, or retail replenishment operations.\nExperience developing reports, dashboards, or performance tracking tools to support business decisions.\nOur culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic.
