You agree to face-and break through-new challenges every single day. \nThe Inventory Control Supervisor oversees inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and operational performance across Trove Brands’ domestic third-party logistics (3PL) network. This role leads and develops a team of Inventory Control Coordinators while ensuring accurate inventory records, efficient product movement, and timely resolution of discrepancies. Working closely with Logistics, Imports, Finance, Sales, and external 3PL partners, you will identify operational risks, improve processes, and maintain inventory readiness to support business needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented leader with strong analytical skills and a commitment to operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead, coach, and develop a team of Inventory Control Coordinators, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and consistent performance.\nOversee inventory reconciliations between internal ERP systems and 3PL warehouse management systems to maintain inventory accuracy.\nInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including shortages, overages, damages, and receiving errors.\nMonitor inbound shipments, inventory transfers, and receiving activities to ensure accurate and timely inventory movement.\nOversee cycle counts, inventory audits, and adjustments to maintain accuracy and minimize inventory loss.\nCollaborate with internal departments and external 3PL partners to resolve operational challenges and maintain product availability.\nIdentify opportunities to improve inventory processes, reporting, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nTrack inventory performance metrics, communicate potential risks, and provide recommendations to leadership.\nRequired Qualifications:\n3-5 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.\nExperience leading teams, coordinating operational workflows, or demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.\nStrong understanding of inventory management, reconciliation processes, and warehouse operations.\nExperience working with ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.\nDemonstrated ability to take ownership of challenges, drive accountability, and resolve operational issues.\nDesired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.\nPrevious supervisory or people management experience.\nExperience managing inventory across multiple third-party logistics (3PL) providers.\nFamiliarity with Acumatica ERP or similar systems.\nExperience with inventory audits, cycle counting, and inventory discrepancy investigations.\nExperience developing SOPs, performance reporting, and process improvement initiatives.\nFamiliarity with Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools.\nOur culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic.
