You agree to face-and break through-new challenges every single day. \nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze purchasing data, including costs, quantities, lead times, supplier performance, and PO volumes, to support decision-making.\nDevelop and maintain purchasing dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking, including vendor OTIF, accuracy, pricing trends, NPI/NPL, and lead times.\nIdentify trends, inefficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements through data analysis.\nTurn complex purchasing data into clear, actionable insights and visual reporting for the team and other stakeholders.\nMonitor purchasing accuracy metrics, investigate variances and root causes, and recommend corrective actions.\nSupport supplier audits, compliance reviews, and sourcing decisions through cost and supplier performance analysis.\nMaintain accurate supplier, item, pricing, and purchasing master data within ERP systems.\nSupport raw material inventory management and month-end financial closeout activities.\nLead ERP data cleanup and purchasing data management initiatives to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.\nCollaborate with Purchasing and cross-functional teams to provide timely data and insights that drive continuous improvement.\nRequired Qualifications:\n0-2+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or related analytics.\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.\nProficiency with Excel, SQL, and ERP/BI software.\nStrong communication, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong attention to detail, flexibility, organization, and prioritization skills.\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience with purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or financial data analysis.\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience creating dashboards or visual reports.\nFamiliarity with SQL, ERP systems, and BI/reporting tools.\nExperience analyzing supplier performance, purchasing KPIs, inventory, or cost data.\nUnderstanding of month-end close, financial reconciliation, or cost analysis.\nExperience with data cleanup, master data management, and improving data accuracy.\nStrong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.\nAbility to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.\nInterest in continuous improvement and process optimization.\nExperience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.\nOur culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic.
