In this role, you'll play an essential part in keeping our recruiting processes running smoothly, coordinating interviews, supporting new hire onboarding, and creating a positive experience for candidates and employees. You'll work closely with Recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in staying organized, and is excited to build a career in Talent Acquisition.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple teams and calendars, proactively managing scheduling conflicts, candidate confirmations, and last-minute changes.\nServe as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely, professional communication and a positive candidate experience.\nCoordinate candidate travel, onsite interview logistics, and reimbursement processes for out-of-state candidates.\nSupport new hire onboarding, including sending paperwork through Greenhouse, organizing employee folders, preparing welcome baskets, and coordinating first-day communications and calendar invitations.\nFacilitate New Hire Orientation, including presenting orientation materials, leading office tours, and welcoming new employees.\nMaintain accurate recruiting records and support Greenhouse administration, system troubleshooting, and recruiting workflows.\nAssist with job postings, interview materials, offer processes, background checks, and other recruiting administration.\nCoordinate weekly recruiting meetings, including preparing agendas, tracking updates, and following up on action items.\nPartner with Recruiters and hiring managers to manage competing priorities, anticipate scheduling needs, and keep hiring processes moving forward.\nSupport university recruiting and internship program activities, including career fairs, recruiting events, and intern program coordination.\nAssist with recruiting reports, special projects, and process improvements to support team efficiency.\nProvide general HR support by answering routine employee questions and directing employees to the appropriate HR team members as needed.\nAs experience grows, have opportunities to support candidate screening, sourcing, and other entry-level recruiting responsibilities.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and deadlines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.\nAbility to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing needs, and solve problems independently.\nProactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision.\nStrong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing a positive experience for candidates and internal partners.\nComfortable learning new technology, systems, and workplace tools.\nAbility to handle confidential candidate and employee information professionally.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nInterest in recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.\nDesired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.\nPrevious experience in recruiting, HR, administrative support, customer service, or another highly organized, people-facing role.\nExperience coordinating calendars, meetings, interviews, or events.\nFamiliarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Greenhouse.\nExperience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, or similar workplace tools.\nExperience supporting onboarding, new hire orientation, or other employee programs.\nExposure to university recruiting, internship programs, career fairs, or recruiting events.\nInterest in developing a long-term career in Talent Acquisition, with potential to grow into a Recruiter role.\nOur culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic.
