You agree to face-and break through-new challenges every single day. \nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn assigned customer accounts, keeping balances, credits, and open issues accurate and current\nApply cash receipts accurately and timely, and resolve unapplied cash promptly\nManage collection activity for assigned accounts, follow up on past-due balances, and enforce payment terms\nMonitor customer credit limits and account risk; recommend changes or escalation when needed\nResearch deductions, chargebacks, and payment discrepancies and coordinate resolution with Revenue Recovery and Logistics\nPartner with Sales to provide clear updates on account health, DSO, margin trends, and financial risks\nWork with Invoice Processing to confirm invoices are uploaded correctly and customer portals are reviewed on schedule\nComplete assigned month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules\nTrack key AR metrics, maintain process documentation, and implement practical process improvements\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n2+ years of Accounts Receivable, cash application, collections, credit, or related accounting experience\nBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience\nWorking knowledge of cash application, collections, credit, deductions, and account reconciliation\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills\nProficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems and customer payment portals; Acumatica experience preferred\nClear communication skills and the ability to manage priorities and work effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams\nDesired Qualifications:\nMaster's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field\nExperience improving or automating accounts receivable processes\nAcumatica or similar ERP experience\nExperience with customer deductions, chargebacks, disputes, and payment portals\nOur culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic.
