AML/CFT/CPF compliance and financial crime controls\n\nManage KYC, customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence processes\n\nConduct PEP, sanctions, and adverse-media screening\n\nMonitor transactions and investigate suspicious activities\n\nReview and assess customer, partner and business risks\n\nEscalate and report suspicious transactions in line with regulatory requirements\n\nMaintain AML policies, procedures and compliance records\n\nSupport regulatory reviews, audits and compliance investigations\n\nProvide compliance reports and recommendations to management\n\nWork with Operations, Finance, Product and other teams to strengthen compliance controls\n\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field\n\nExperience in AML, KYC, Compliance, Financial Crime or Risk Management\n\nStrong understanding of Nigerian AML/CFT requirements\n\nExperience with customer due diligence and transaction monitoring\n\nStrong analytical, investigative and documentation skills\n\nFintech, payments, banking or other regulated financial services experience is an advantage\n\nCAMS, ICA or other relevant compliance certification is an added
