Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent is required.
- MBA, Master's degree in Finance or a relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
- Typically 12–15+ years' experience in finance, accounting or financial management, including significant senior leadership experience.
- Demonstrable experience as a CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller or senior finance leader.
- Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, cash flow management and financial controls.
- Demonstrable experience supporting strategic investments, business expansion, financing or capital allocation decisions.
- Experience building or strengthening finance functions within a growing organisation.
