We empower organizations by delivering world-class talent solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Key Account Manager\n\nLocation: Lagos \n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nResponsibilities\n\n Manage and grow relationships with the organisation's strategic clients and partners.\n\n Develop account plans to increase transaction volumes, revenue, and customer retention.\n\n Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell the organisation's products and services.\n\n Coordinate onboarding of new enterprise clients and strategic payment partners.\n\n Serve as the primary escalation point for key customer issues and ensure timely resolution.\n\n Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.\n\n Monitor customer performance, transaction trends, and service levels, providing regular business reviews and recommendations.\n\n Negotiate commercial terms, renewals, and partnership agreements within approved authority limits.\n\n Drive merchant acquisition and expansion of payment corridors across Africa.\n\n Maintain accurate CRM records, account pipelines, and revenue forecasts.\n\n Prepare weekly and monthly reports on account performance, revenue, customer satisfaction, and pipeline activities.\n\n Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support business growth.\n\n Ensure compliance with company policies, AML/CFT requirements, and applicable regulatory obligations.\n\nSalary\n\nN450,000 -
