We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own products and outcomes end to end across this platform, from strategy through delivery and continuous improvement. You will sit at the intersection of product, data engineering, and business operations: setting the strategy for how licensors deliver massive volumes of content to Troveo, designing the pipelines that process it, and ensuring the systems scale alongside a rapidly growing library. This is a deeply technical role for someone who is equally comfortable shaping the roadmap and digging into a data pipeline with engineers.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Strategy & Ownership\nSet the product vision and strategy, aligning with company objectives and the evolving market landscape.\n\nTake full, hands-on ownership of products end to end, from initial concept through deployment and continuous enhancement, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and beyond expectations.\n\nOperate with autonomy and be directly accountable for product outcomes.\n\nPartner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive roadmap and prioritization decisions.\n\nBridge complex technical solutions and tangible business value, making informed prioritization decisions and smart trade-offs.\n\nData Platform & Pipeline\nDesign and continuously optimize the platforms through which licensors provide and transfer large-scale data to Troveo, from multimodal content to enterprise workflow data.\n\nOwn the end-to-end ingestion experience, from onboarding workflows to file-transfer reliability, making it seamless for partners of all technical sophistication levels.\n\nPartner closely with engineers to build and refine a cost-effective, high-throughput data pipeline covering profiling, deduplication, transcoding, annotation, and downstream delivery.\n\nHelp design processing pipelines and logic tailored to diverse data types, including video files, structured metadata, and other custom formats submitted by licensors.\n\nIdentify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and drive execution across pipeline stages.\n\nOwn analytics and data-driven feature improvement, using metrics to identify opportunities, prioritize work, and measure impact.\n\nDive deep into the data to address operational data issues, maintaining data quality and consistency across the pipeline.\n\nPartner across teams to meet client delivery needs, including data reconciliation across systems.\n\nJob Requirements\n5+ years of product management or a similar role in a technically demanding field.\n\nProven track record of owning products end-to-end and shipping them independently, with minimal oversight.\n\nMaturity and strong judgment across both business and technology, with a demonstrated ability to influence and lead.\n\nComfortable in having conversations with technical stakeholders, with the ability to translate complex concepts for any audience.\n\nStrong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.\n\nAbility to go from problem to spec to shipped feature, working efficiently with engineers.\n\nA hands-on, experimental approach to AI, continually testing and adopting new capabilities as they emerge.\n\nPreferred / Nice-to-Have\nFamiliarity with video processing workflows (e.g. transcoding, format standards, metadata handling).\n\nExperience in content licensing, media tech, or AI training data environments.\n\nExperience working with tools in the AWS ecosystem (e.g. S3, ECS, Lambda, Glacier, etc.).\n\nComfortable reading or writing Python and other programming languages.\n\nAbility to build lightweight internal tools and proofs-of-concept using the latest AI tools and technologies.\n\nStrong command of SQL and data analytics, with the ability to dive into the data to answer your own questions and validate hypotheses.\n\nCompensation\nBase Salary: $150,000 - $200,000+ (flexible depending on experience and location)\n\nEquity: Competitive equity package in a well-funded AI startup with significant upside\n\nCompensation is location-adjusted for cost of living. \nWhat We Offer\nComprehensive Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage (100% employer-paid for employees)\n\nFlexible PTO & Paid Holidays: Unlimited PTO with encouragement to actually use it\n\nRemote-First Policy: Work from anywhere in the US (with occasional team offsites)\n\nLearning & Growth: Annual learning stipend, access to top conferences, and direct mentorship from experienced founders\n\nEquity Ownership: Competitive equity package with clear growth potential as we scale\n\nModern Tech Stack & Tools: Budget for the best equipment and software\n\nStrong Culture: High-trust, low-ego environment focused on impact, transparency, and work-life balance.
