EOE/M/F/D/V\nRequirements\nResponsibilities:\nWork with the highway striping crew to install thermoplastic, waterborne paint, and other pavement marking materials.\nOperate pavement marking equipment, including airless paint machines, thermoplastic hand liners, and grinders.\nOperate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with DOT regulations and company standards.\nTransport pavement marking equipment and crew to and from job sites.\nPerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete related documentation.\nAssist with setting up and operating pavement marking equipment as needed.\nMaintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness and proper loading.\nAdhere to all safety policies and procedures while on the road and on job sites.\nQualifications:\nValid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.\nExperience operating heavy trucks and/or pavement marking equipment preferred.\nKnowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.\nAbility to read and understand work orders, maps, and basic arithmetic.\nStrong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.\nAbility to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.\nAbility to pass background check, MVR review, and drug screening.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier loads.\nComfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.\nAbility to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during work.\nAvailability:\nMonday through Friday schedule, with possible night and weekend shifts.\nWillingness to
