The Role
The Factory / Operations Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective operations while developing a high-performing team.
This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who wants to make a significant impact within a pioneering sustainability-focused business and build a clear pathway towards executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all factory and operational activities to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.
People person, to manage, motivate and develop a growing team.
Proven experience as a Factory Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Plant Manager.
Experience leading manufacturing teams of 20-50 employees.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop people.
Track record of improving operational performance and implementing continuous improvement projects.
