Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and manage high-rise building construction projects from initiation to completion. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise construction projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and design teams.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.

• Oversee daily site activities, including civil, structural, and finishing works.
• Monitor progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Ensure proper deployment of manpower, materials, and equipment.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Conduct progress meetings and share timely updates.
• Manage vendor and contractor performance.

• Ensure work meets project quality standards and specifications.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and conduct inspections.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety norms.

• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Review BOQs, billing, and contractor invoices.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure implementation of safety policies and practices on site.
• Conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks.

• Prepare MIS reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Maintain records for approvals, drawings, and site changes.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.

Required Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (B.E./B. Tech).
• PMP / Construction Management certification is a plus.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in civil construction.
• Proven experience managing high-rise residential or commercial projects.
