You will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, matching approved POs, and conducting various account reconciliations. You will manage and code all credit card and travel expenditures. \nRESPONSIBILITIES\nProcess accounts payable invoices through the P2P software.\nMaintain accounts payable e-mail.\nPrepare and maintain vendor documentation.\nSupport weekly payment runs and post payments in accounting system.\nPerform vendor account reconciliations and address any discrepancies.\nReview and post expense reporting transactions.\nAssist in month-end close processes.\nSupport annual audit request as assigned.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS\n2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.\nAccounts Receivable Experience preferred\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred\nProficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.\nMust have a fundamental understanding of accounting principles.\nPrevious Aerospace and Defense experience a plus.\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail.\nPrior NetSuite experience preferred.\nPrior with P2P software and Expense software preferred.\nCOMPENSATION\nBase Salary: $60,000 - $80,000\nYour actual level and base salary will be determinedon a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience. \nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS\nWork Location -Successful candidates will be located near Centennial, CO.
