You will design, deploy, secure, and maintain reliable Windows workstations across their lifecycle - from provisioning and configuration through application delivery, patching, troubleshooting, and retirement. You will partner closely with Help Desk, Identity, Security and Infrastructure to ensure Windows devices are secure, manageable and ready for the mission. As True Anomaly scales, you will help establish the standards, tooling, and operating practices that make the Windows environment reliable at increasing scale.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nOwn the Windows endpoint platform, including device provisioning, configuration, management, security deployment, application delivery, and lifecycle operations\nBuild, maintain, and improve Window deployment and provisioning workflows\nPackage, test, deploy, update, and retire Windows applications\nEstablish and maintain Windows configuration standards, security baselines, patching practices, and compliance controls\nTroubleshoot endpoint issues involving Windows configuration, drivers, profiles, applications, policies, identity, and device performance\nMaintain accurate technical documentation and communicate changes to affected teams\nEvaluate and recommend improvements to Windows endpoint tooling, architecture, and operational practices\nQUALIFICATIONS\n5+ years of experience in Windows endpoint engineering, desktop engineering, or Windows systems administration\n4+ years managing Intune & RMM deployments in a fast-paced environment\nExperience with Windows deployment, provisioning, imaging, and automation\nExperience in a fast-paced startup environment\nAbility and willingness to submit for a U.S. security clearance\nPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE\nMicrosoft certifications such as MD-102 or related\nMacOS deployment experience\nNinjaOne, similar RMM experience\nExperience with zero-touch provisioning\nExperience supporting users in a secure or regulated environment (GCC/FedRAMP)\nCOMPENSATION\nBase Salary: $100,000 - $140,000\nEquity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave \nYour actual level and base salary will be determinedon a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience. \nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS\nWork Location -Successful candidates will be located near Denver or Long Beach.
