You’ll work across complex on-prem topologies, hybrid cloud connectivity, and secure networking architectures to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.\nYou’ll be joining a rapidly growing environment where your expertise will directly influence the stability and performance of our mission-critical infrastructure.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nArchitect, deploy, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routing, switching, segmentation, VPN, and firewall services.\nOperate and support Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Juniper switching/routing platforms (or equivalent vendor experience).\nBuild and maintain hybrid connectivity between on-prem environments and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.).\nTroubleshoot complex networking issues including routing loops, BGP/OSPF behavior, latency, packet loss, and inter-VLAN connectivity.\nManage network performance, capacity planning, telemetry, and monitoring.\nImplement and maintain network security practices including segmentation and firewall rule hygiene.\nSupport compliance-driven requirements aligned to CMMC and contribute to environments where ITAR or FedRAMP considerations may be present (not core to the role).\nParticipate in an on-call rotation for critical network escalations.\nDocument architectures, change plans, diagrams, and runbooks.\nCollaborate with infrastructure, security, DevOps, and cloud engineering teams in a high-velocity, fast-moving environment.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer supporting enterprise-class environments.\nStrong knowledge of routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VRFs, STP, DNS, DHCP).\nHands-on experience with firewalls (Palo Alto preferred) and routing/switching (Juniper preferred).\nExperience supporting hybrid or cloud-connected networks (Azure, AWS, or GCP).\nStrong troubleshooting skills with packet captures, performance metrics, and logs.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.\nExcellent communication, documentation, and cross-team collaboration skills.\nFamiliarity with compliance-driven environments (CMMC, ITAR, FedRAMP) - helpful but not required.\nAvailability to participate in an on-call rotation.\nPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE\nActive or previously held TS/SCI clearance (preferred but not required).\nExperience with security-focused networking architectures or compliance programs (CMMC, ITAR, FedRAMP).\nNetwork automation or scripting experience (Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar).\nRelevant certifications such as PCNSE, JNCIS/JNCIP, CCNP, or equivalent.\nExperience with SD-WAN, multi-site networking, or data center architectures.\nExperience in aerospace, defense, or high-security, compliance-heavy environments.\nCOMPENSATION\nBase Salary: $105,000 - $140,000\nEquity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave \nYour actual level and base salary will be determinedon a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience. \nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS\nWork Location -Successful candidates will be located near Long Beach, CA.
