Support the development of program risks and opportunities and their mitigation strategies and ensure mitigation tasks are reflected in the schedule.\nGenerate schedule metrics and reports related to program execution and performance\nWork with cross-functional teams to maintain vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supporting schedules and the Program Summary Master Schedule.\nPrepare and deliver schedule presentations to Program Management, the Executive Leadership Team, and customers.\nConduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for customer and internal surveillance reviews and audits to ensure compliance with program performance management requirements.\nGuide the Program Manager and engineering leads in developing appropriate schedule tasks, workflow planning, and summary roll-up tasks.\nDevelop and apply effective techniques to build, manage, and status an IMS that integrates both waterfall and Agile methods across a diverse group of stakeholders.\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in program scheduling or planning\nExperience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules with critical path methodology\nProficiency with Microsoft Project and JIRA\nExperience developing and managing hybrid (waterfall and Agile) schedules\nExperience analyzing data and producing schedule metrics and reports\nExperience supporting audits and program reviews\nExperience performing schedule risk analysis\nWorking knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles\nEligible for Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance\nStrong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to brief executives and customers\nPreferred Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in program scheduling or planning\nBachelor's degree in a related field\nProficiency with Microsoft Project Server / Project Web App (PWA)\nExperience building schedule dashboards or reports in Power BI\nExperience on both government and commercial programs, including compliance with EIA-748 or DCMA schedule assessment criteria\nScrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) or other relevant certification (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP, PMI-ACP)\nExperience producing and delivering customer deliverables (e.g., contract-required schedule submissions)\nActive TS/SCI U.S. government security clearance with SCI eligibility strongly preferred\nCOMPENSATION \nBase Salary: $120,000 -$165,000\nEquity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave \nYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience \nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS \nWork Location -Successful candidates will be located near Denver, CO\nWork environment -the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job. \n Physical demands -the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving. \nThis position will be open until it is successfully filled.
