Candidates must reside in or near the Tacoma, WA metro area and be comfortable traveling for up to 10 consecutive days to various store locations within the region.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nRepresent True Classic at Costco Roadshows with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm\n\nCreate welcoming, engaging experiences for every shopper\n\nDeliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight fit, comfort, and style\n\nEffectively pitch products, overcome objections, and close sales\n\nSet up and dismantle branded displays in collaboration with Costco staff\n\nMaintain a polished, organized, and visually attractive booth throughout each event\n\nConsistently achieve and surpass sales goals\n\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit:\nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel\n\nWillingness and ability to travel and work on the road for up to 10 consecutive days\n\nTech-savvy, with confidence using multiple apps for onboarding, communication, and event coordination\n\nPrior sales, product demo, or roadshow-style retail experience preferred (Costco experience is a plus)\n\nExceptional communication and interpersonal abilities\n\nSelf-starter who thrives independently and manages time efficiently\n\nAvailable to work weekends and holidays as needed\n\nYou’re Someone Who:\nEnjoys initiating conversations and engaging with new people\n\nThrives in a fast-paced retail environment\n\nTakes ownership of results and enjoys achieving measurable goals\n\nLoves turning engagement into performance-driven outcomes\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to stand for extended periods\n\nLift and carry up to 50 pounds\n\nClimb ladders and step stools as necessary\n\nMaintain energy and focus in a busy retail or warehouse setting\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompensation:\n$21.30 -
