The goal is planning decisions made on data we can trust, so we hold the right inventory in the right place and avoid both excess and stockouts.\nAll of True Classic's roles are global and omni-channel, leading designated areas of accountability across all product categories, countries, and different sales & marketing channels. This means you will have the opportunity to impact our operations worldwide, ensuring a cohesive strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and drives success across various markets and platforms.\nAreas of Accountability\nInput Sourcing & Data Quality\nBring together data and information spread across multiple systems and communication platforms into one reliable source for planning.\n\nMake sure those sources stay connected and consistent, so every team works from the same accurate data.\n\nOutput Audit & Approval\nAudit forecasts, purchase plans, inventory transfers and reporting against their sources on a weekly cadence.\n\nCatch stale data, unit mismatches, totals that don't reconcile and results that don't fit history.\n\nRate each output as acceptable, acceptable with caveats, or not acceptable, and explain why.\n\nReport findings with the conclusion first, followed by what was checked and what needs attention.\n\nTool Improvement & Automation\nUse AI to streamline, automate and strengthen planning tools and reports.\n\nBuild recurring checks into the tools so audits run automatically going forward.\n\nAutomate routine, repetitive work such as transfers, warehouse coordination and data hygiene.\n\nAutomate routine updates to partner teams.\n\nKeep planning processes documented and repeatable.\n\nPartner with IT to integrate the planning tools into the company's merchandising and operating systems.\n\nCross Functional Collaboration\nPlanning: Deliver audited, decision-ready data for purchasing, allocation and inventory decisions.\n\nMerchandising: Validate product, assortment and pricing data.\n\nSourcing & Production: Confirm purchase order, lead-time and vendor data.\n\nWarehousing & Logistics Partners: Reconcile inventory, receipts and transfers across warehouses.\n\neCommerce, Marketplaces & Wholesale: Validate sales, promotion and order data for each channel.\n\nFinance: Make sure planning numbers reconcile with the financial view.\n\nQualifications\n4+ years in data analysis, audit or QA, validating and reconciling data across multiple sources.\n\nExpert, hands-on use of AI tools to find, clean, audit and improve data, with your own AI workflow across email, chat, documents and data tools.\n\nSelf-sufficient: finds scattered information without direction and can explain why a source is trustworthy.\n\nSkeptical by default: checks results against source and spots what looks wrong, even when it looks polished.\n\nDecisive: makes a clear call on data quality and stands behind it.\n\nClear, concise communicator who leads with the answer and states assumptions.\n\nComfortable working with large operational data sets.\n\nCoding experience (Python, SQL) is not required.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Claude is highly preferred.\n\nExperience in planning, inventory, supply chain, retail or e-commerce.\n\nAI workflows or automations you built yourself and can walk through live.\n\nExperience with NetSuite, Shopify or warehouse and 3PL data.\n\nFamiliarity with Python or SQL.\n\nWorkplace Arrangement\nHybrid (3x per week in office) based in
