This role will have impact across DTC, retail, wholesale, marketplaces, and emerging channels, ensuring strategic alignment and executional rigor across the enterprise.\nAreas of Accountability\nProduction Management & Factory Performance\nOwn production execution from order confirmation through delivery, including production calendars, capacity planning, and order allocation.\n\nMonitor factory WIP, output, and milestones to ensure production stays on schedule.\n\nManage factory relationships, commercial commitments, performance expectations, and supplier communication.\n\nLead factory performance reviews and corrective actions to improve quality, output, and delivery.\n\nMaterial Readiness & Flow\nPartner with Product Development, Technical Design, and mills to ensure materials, specifications, and approvals are ready before production.\n\nOwn the timely flow of fabric, trims, and packaging into factories.\n\nTrack greige inventory, material ownership, and conversion through production stages.\n\nManage shortages, overages, and material reallocations to prevent production disruptions.\n\nDelivery, Risk & Issue Resolution\nOwn on-time delivery to distribution centers and against wholesale deadlines.\n\nIdentify production risks early and drive issue resolution across factories and internal teams.\n\nDevelop recovery plans for delays, including reallocations, expedited production, and split shipments.\n\nReview late-order root causes, implement corrective actions, and negotiate factory remedies when needed.\n\nOrder Management & Wholesale Execution\nMaintain order accuracy across quantities, dates, terms, and system updates.\n\nManage production against wholesale ship windows and account-specific requirements.\n\nEnsure routing, ASN, and delivery appointment requirements are met.\n\nPartner with Sales to align delivery commitments and prevent chargebacks.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Product Development, Technical Design, and Compliance on production readiness, approvals, and inspections.\n\nWork with Planning and Sales to align order quantities, production capacity, and delivery commitments.\n\nCollaborate with Finance and global factory partners to maintain supplier accountability and uninterrupted production.\n\nQualifications\n7+ years of experience in apparel production management or global manufacturing operations.\n\nStrong knowledge of apparel manufacturing, factory capacity planning, material flow, and production timelines.\n\nExperience managing global vendors, production risks, and on-time delivery.\n\nStrong problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting DTC, wholesale, Amazon, and marketplace channels.\n\nFamiliarity with wholesale routing, ASN requirements, and chargeback prevention.\n\nExperience with ERP, production tracking, or supply chain management systems.\n\nWorkplace Arrangement\nHybrid (3x/week) in our Calabasas, CA office.\nCompensation and Benefits\nCompensation\n$115k -
