This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to motivate, problem-solve in real time, and turn daily moments into lasting impressions for team members and customers alike.\nAll roles at True Classic are global and omnichannel, driving accountability across product categories, regions, and sales/marketing channels.\nAreas of Accountability\nTeam Leadership & Development\nLead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Keyholders.\n\nRole model and reinforce the TRUE Experience by driving service, energy, and connection on the floor.\n\nProvide consistent coaching, structured development plans, and clear expectations to all team members.\n\nFoster a culture of accountability, recognition, and pride in performance.\n\nCustomer Experience & Sales Performance\nDeliver exceptional customer experiences rooted in connection, product knowledge, and presentation.\n\nOwn store KPIs including sales, conversion, UPT, and AOV-coaching the team to exceed performance goals.\n\nLead from the floor, building client relationships and driving daily momentum through goal setting and recognition.\n\nCelebrate wins and energize the team to create a high-touch, results-driven environment.\n\nStore Operations & Brand Standards\nEnsure operational excellence in cash handling, inventory management, and back-of-house organization.\n\nMaintain brand-level execution of all visual merchandising and floor presentation standards.\n\nManage payroll, scheduling, and controllable expenses in line with productivity targets and labor budgets.\n\nUphold a clean, organized, and inspiring retail environment-front and back of house.\n\nBusiness Ownership & Strategic Execution\nUnderstand your store’s role in the broader business and adapt strategies to local market needs.\n\nAnalyze sales trends and customer feedback to drive performance and tailor in-store execution.\n\nPartner with regional leaders to execute local marketing activations, events, and community outreach.\n\nOwn and report on performance metrics, proposing actions for improvement and growth.\n\nQualifications\n3+ years of retail management experience, ideally in a high-volume or customer-centric environment.\n\nProven success in leading sales teams to exceed KPIs and deliver exceptional experiences.\n\nStrong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.\n\nOperational expertise across scheduling, payroll, inventory, and compliance.\n\nHighly organized, adaptable, and confident operating in fast-paced, high-growth settings.\n\nDeep passion for people, product, and elevating retail as a career path.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand for extended periods and move throughout the sales floor.\n\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and support physical tasks including restocking, merchandising, and floor resets.\n\nComfortable using ladders or step stools as needed for store operations.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nCompensation\nSalary Range: $75K -
