opportunity to work on a high-impact fintech project that will enhance financial accessibility for millions of users in India.\n\nResponsibilities :\n\nIn this role, you will :\n\n- Build high-performing client code that is fast, testable, scalable, and high quality.\n\n- Drive strong collaboration with other engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on great solutions.\n\n- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reusable frontend components.\n\n- Optimize application performance for a seamless user experience.\n\n- Contribute to code reviews and documentation, and take on complex bug fixes.\n\n- Work with the product team to define and execute new features.\n\n- Debug and resolve issues to improve application stability.\n\nQualifications :\n\n- 4 - 7 years of experience with JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks\n\n- Strong proficiency in Next,js, React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.\n\n- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.\n\n- Solid understanding of the modern frontend ecosystem, including bundling, linting, testing, and releasing.\n\n- Strong understanding of frontend application architecture and design patterns.\n\n- Experience building frontend applications at scale.\n\n- Experience working in Agile software development methodologies.\n\n- You strive to write clean, maintainable, and long-lasting code.\n\n- Experience engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity.\n\n- Experience in responsive design and cross-platform web development, including desktop, mobile, and in-app web views.\n\nPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :\n\n- Familiarity with Storybook for UI component development.\n\n- Experience with Zustand, Tailwind CSS\n\n- Understanding of SEO principles and experience in optimizing Core Web Vitals\n\n- Advanced, hands-on proficiency with AI coding assistants
