This role oversees project delivery, resource allocation, quality assurance, and team leadership to drive operational excellence across all key accounts and field operations.\nWhat You'll Do\nWorking with the Senior Vice President - Environmental Services, support the development and lead the execution of operational strategy to ensure high-quality delivery across EHS and Industrial Hygiene project portfolios.\nManage day-to-day operations of the Industrial Hygiene practice, including resource planning, staff utilization, project schedules, and budget compliance.\nOversee project management teams to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client quality standards.\nServe as an operational point of contact for active clients, ensuring complete satisfaction with services and proactively resolving service or performance issues.\nChampion operational efficiency, health and safety standards, and technical rigor across all active field sites and project locations.\nDirect the assignment of project resources, monitoring team workflows to maintain high-quality technical output.\nProvide senior technical leadership and execution on complex Industrial Hygiene, exposure assessment, and environmental health projects.\nReinforce collaboration and team building, demonstrate commitment to technical innovation, and motivate team members to foster an engaging work culture.\nMonitor and promote environmental health and worker safety across all operational practices.\nMentor and develop junior and intermediate technical staff and project managers.\nConduct senior technical reviews of reports, sampling plans, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance deliverables.\nAll other related operational duties as required.\nRequired Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a closely related scientific discipline.\n15+ years of experience in environmental consulting, A/E/C, or relevant industry.\n10+ years of operational leadership, project management, and staff management experience in EHS or Industrial Hygiene services.\nStrong background in managing project P&Ls, operational logistics, utilization metrics, and multi-disciplinary field teams.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and standard operations management software.\nDesired Qualifications\nCertified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and/or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credential preferred.\nMaster’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, or Occupational Health & Safety.\nDeep understanding of OSHA regulations, indoor air quality standards, hazardous materials management, industrial exposure limits, and current industry trends.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with operational teams, field personnel, leadership, and regulatory agencies\nStrong organizational and time-management skills to oversee complex operational workflows and competing project
