This includes managing the proposal process; overseeing a team of proposal professionals; ensuring brand consistency; and enabling Development Leaders to pursue business development initiatives, strategic pursuits, and execute on the client account program.\nAbout You\nProposals\nManage and guide a team of Business Line Specialists and Proposal Coordinators involved in the creation of proposals and business development initiatives.\nLead pursuit strategy, including pre-positioning, capture planning, opportunity evaluation, and Go/No-Go decision support.\nManage end-to-end proposal development for opportunities of varying size and complexity, from capture through submission and presentation, including client debriefs and lessons-learned activities.\nEstablish proposal strategies, themes, and win messaging aligned with solicitation requirements and corporate differentiators.\nEnsure proposal compliance and quality through solicitation analysis, compliance matrices, reviews, and final submission oversight.\nCoordinate technical teams, proposal staff, and subconsultants to deliver cohesive, single-voice submissions.\nOversee resource allocation, organizational performance, and accountability across marketing team of Business Line Specialists and Proposal Coordinators.\nMarketing Collateral\nOversee development and maintenance of marketing collateral, including website content, presentations, brochures, project descriptions and proposal materials.\nOversee conference management & preparation, including a Master Conference List & Budget Management, and conference preparation for attendees.\nCoordinate with graphic design to develop graphics and standardized marketing document templates.\nEnsure company-wide branding consistency across internal and external documents.\nBusiness Development\nUsing data and analytics, collaborate with Development Leaders to facilitate strategic pursuits, capture planning, proposal development, conference planning and participation, and key presentations that drive revenue growth.\nDevelop dashboards and provide regular reporting on various BD/marketing related metrics.\nTeam Leadership\nMentor team members, including direction, coaching, and professional development\nBuild team capabilities (recruitment, development, retention, etc.) and manage staff performance, including goal setting, defining responsibilities, and determining priorities\nAbout You\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent\nExperience\n10+ years of previous marketing experience working in environmental consulting, mining or relevant industry experience\nProven track record leading complex proposal development efforts, including capture support and strategic pursuits\nFamiliarity with CRM/ERP systems.\nDemonstrated ability to align business development strategies with corporate objectives, manage large-scale projects, and influence senior leadership\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other business software\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) required\nOutstanding communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration across different business
