Proposal Coordinator II supports the day-to-day execution of proposal and business development activities - from lead generation and capture planning to proposal development.\nWhat you'll do\nProposals\nSupport pre-positioning activities, including capture planning, strategy development, competitor analysis, teaming arrangements, and client mapping as a core member of multi-disciplinary pursuit teams.\nAnalyze RFQs, RFPs, and related submittal requirements for IDIQs, BPAs, C-contracts, task orders, call orders, SF330s, and similar solicitations.\nWith guidance, support proposal activities and reviews.\nCollaborate with technical staff to write original content and review/edit content for clarity, compliance, and key messages.\nResearch, gather, and edit proposal materials, ensuring all content is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.\nPartner with graphic design staff to plan and produce proposal materials that effectively communicate the strategic vision of each pursuit.\nEnsure proposal compliance and quality through solicitation analysis, compliance matrices, reviews, and final submission oversight.\nCoordinate technical teams and subconsultants to deliver cohesive, single-voice submissions.\nUpdate the VantagePoint entries to reflect changes to pursuit status (e.g., solicitation dates or solicitation values).\nMarketing Collateral\nSupport the development and maintenance of marketing collateral, including website content, presentations, brochures, and proposal materials, including resumes and project descriptions.\nSupport interview & meeting preparation efforts, including strategy meetings, collateral development, and practice prep sessions.\nEnsure branding consistency across documents.\nBusiness Development\nSupport client engagement teams by preparing materials for internal and external meetings.\nParticipate in business development meetings, capturing notes and documenting action items.\nCollaborate with Business Line Specialists and Development Leaders to facilitate strategic pursuits, capture planning, proposal development, conference planning and participation, and key presentations that drive revenue growth.\nAll other duties as required. \nRequired Experience\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent\nExperience\n2+ years of previous marketing experience working in environmental consulting, A/E/C or relevant industry\nExperience in submitting successful proposals for Federal, government, and private clients\nFamiliarity with CRM/ERP systems an asset.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other business software\nKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team\nPreferred Experience\nExcellent communication and coordination skills (both oral and written)\nStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in completing tasks\nStrong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills\nWorking Conditions\nAbility to lift a minimum of 15 pounds\nTravel may be required\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk or
