They are master communicators, trusted advisors, relationship builders, active listeners, healthcare strategists, and super savvy marketers.\nWhat You’ll Own\nClient strategy, management, and growth: own annual account and growth plans, manage day-to-day project scopes, lead quarterly business reviews with senior client stakeholders, and identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and win new business\nScope and commercial decisions: own SOWs, estimates and change orders; decide what is in and out of scope and lead those conversations with clients\nClient financial health: own account budgets and forecasts, and keep accounts financially viable\nTeam leadership: direct cross-functional work with Creative, Media and Analytics teams\nRequirements\nProven experience leading integrated campaigns that include a diverse mix of marketing tactics including, but not limited to website creation, landing pages, content creation, emails, digital ads, videos and animations, and direct mail pieces\nExperience leading campaign performance calls with clients and effectively providing insights and recommendations based on campaign results\nExperience navigating and interpreting data provided from sources like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook, and/or Youtube\nExperience strategizing with clients, advising on messaging, branding and competitive positioning\nProven ability to manage scope, budgets and change orders, keeping work within scope and on budget, while partnering with and directing cross-functional teams\nExperience owning SOWs, estimates and account financials (budgets, forecasts and profitability)\nProven strategic development capabilities and a knowledge of marketing strategy, ideally in healthcare, including an understanding of interactive and digital media platforms such as email, paid search and social advertising and landing pages\nSharp active listening skills that allow you to identify opportunities to add value and grow accounts with existing clients\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with the ability to quickly pivot\nService-oriented attitude\nInquisitive, diplomatic and resourceful personality\nStrong discipline around time tracking, utilization and priorities\nEducation & Experience Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in account services at a marketing or advertising agency, including 2+ years independently leading client relationships and budgets\nExperience within the healthcare industry preferred, but not required\nTrue North Custom (“TNC”) is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and\nharassment of any kind.
