You will turn customer requirements into reliable agent implementations, working hands-on with configurations and integrations while helping improve the platform through feedback from real deployments.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn AI agent builds from initial scoping through launch, validation, and ongoing iteration.\n\nTranslate customer goals and technical requirements into structured implementation plans.\n\nConfigure agent workflows and write or maintain the technical artifacts needed for production deployments.\n\nBuild and validate integrations with customer systems, including APIs and enterprise software.\n\nTest agent behavior, identify performance gaps, and iterate to improve reliability at scale.\n\nPartner with customer technical stakeholders and internal product, engineering, success, and go-to-market teams.\n\nShare customer feedback and implementation insights to inform improvements to the agent-building platform.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, implementation engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or technical consulting.\n\nRecent hands-on technical experience, including writing Python code and building with APIs and integrations.\n\nExperience delivering production-grade customer solutions through structured execution, testing, validation, and iteration.\n\nFamiliarity with enterprise SaaS integrations, such as CRM, ticketing, or data systems, and related security and compliance considerations.\n\nExperience with LLMs, AI agents, conversational systems, or automation workflows is valuable.\n\nA bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, with strong engineering fundamentals.\n\nClear, polished communication and the ability to work directly with senior customer stakeholders.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $175,000 to $230,000 annually.
