In this customer-facing engineering role, you will own deployments from initial implementation through iteration, helping customers achieve measurable business outcomes.\nWhat You'll Do\nDeploy and improve AI agents for account strategy, prospecting, outbound messaging, call preparation, and follow-ups.\n\nWork directly with customers through shared channels and regular calls, turning feedback into product improvements quickly.\n\nBuild agent workflows with clear evaluations, calibrated trust, and the ability to improve over time.\n\nTake end-to-end ownership of deployment outcomes, working with limited playbooks and direction.\n\nCommunicate agent capabilities to sales teams, relay customer needs to engineering, and update leadership on deployment progress.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of full-stack or product engineering experience, with customer-facing agent deployment; 5 or more years is preferred.\n\nExperience building and shipping production AI agents or agentic workflows for external users, including prompt engineering, tool use, evaluations, and trust calibration.\n\nProficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and Python, with hands-on production engineering experience across backend or infrastructure systems.\n\nExperience embedding with enterprise customers and troubleshooting ambiguous, complex technical environments.\n\nAbility to ship with minimal direction and communicate effectively with business, technical, and executive audiences.\n\nStrong computer science fundamentals; early-stage product ownership, technical founding experience, and familiarity with sales workflows are useful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $215,000 to $300,000 annually.
