In this hands-on role, you will lead mixed-signal board bring-up, debug, and integration, working closely with systems, FPGA, firmware, and mechanical teams.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead board-level bring-up, power sequencing validation, and subsystem integration across multiple board designs.\n\nInvestigate signal integrity, power, and RF performance issues, identify root causes, and drive design iterations.\n\nCoordinate schematic updates and layout reviews with an external design firm, from fabrication through characterization and validation.\n\nWork with FPGA, firmware, and systems engineers to validate subsystem and system-level integration.\n\nDevelop traceability and test procedures to support increased production volume.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nA bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering and 3 to 7 years of experience in mixed-signal hardware bring-up, debug, and board-level integration.\n\nExperience with complex PCB assemblies, including power sequencing, signal integrity, and mixed-signal validation.\n\nKnowledge of ADCs, DACs, DC/DC converters, RF interfaces, high-speed digital design, and power distribution.\n\nExperience with Altium or similar PCB CAD tools, schematic review, and lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.\n\nAbility to identify and solve problems independently, collaborate across disciplines, and work beyond a narrow specialty.\n\nExperience in telecom, radar, or complex sensing systems is useful. FPGA bring-up, Petalinux, AMD Kria SOM, or Python experience is also relevant.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $160,000 to $180,000 annually.
