You will own hands-on mixed-signal board bring-up, debugging, and integration, working across hardware, FPGA, firmware, AI, and mechanical engineering.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead board-level bring-up, power sequencing validation, and subsystem integration across multiple board designs.\n\nInvestigate signal integrity, power, and RF performance issues, identify root causes, and drive design iterations.\n\nCoordinate schematic updates and layout reviews with an external design partner, from fabrication through characterization and validation.\n\nCollaborate with FPGA, firmware, and systems engineers to validate subsystem and system-level integration.\n\nDevelop traceability and test procedures to support increased production volume.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to seven years of experience in mixed-signal hardware bring-up, debug, and board-level integration.\n\nBachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering.\n\nExperience owning board design end to end, including schematic capture and layout in Altium, controlled-impedance routing, and power protection circuits.\n\nHands-on experience with complex PCBAs, power sequencing, signal integrity, and mixed-signal design, including ADCs, DACs, DC/DC converters, and RF interfaces.\n\nAbility to work independently, identify problems, and contribute across disciplines.\n\nBackground in telecom, radar, or complex sensing systems is beneficial, as is FPGA bring-up experience with tools such as PetaLinux or AMD Kria SOM.\n\nFamiliarity with Python, high-speed digital design, power distribution, and lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers is useful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $160,000 to $180,000 annually.
