In this hands-on role, you will own mixed-signal board bring-up, debugging, and integration, working closely with systems, FPGA, firmware, and mechanical teams.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead board-level bring-up, power sequencing validation, and subsystem integration across multiple board designs.\n\nDebug signal integrity, power, and RF performance issues, identify root causes, and drive design iterations.\n\nCoordinate schematic updates and layout reviews with an external design firm, and manage boards through fabrication, characterization, and validation.\n\nWork with FPGA, firmware, and systems engineers to validate subsystem and system-level integration.\n\nDevelop traceability and test procedures to support increased production volumes.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to seven years of experience in mixed-signal hardware bring-up, debugging, and board-level integration.\n\nA bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering.\n\nEnd-to-end board design experience, including schematics and layout in Altium, controlled-impedance routing, and power protection circuits.\n\nExperience with ADCs, DACs, DC/DC converters, RF interfaces, power sequencing, signal integrity, and complex PCBAs.\n\nAbility to independently identify and solve hardware problems, with flexibility to work across disciplines.\n\nBackground in telecom, radar, or complex sensing systems is valued. FPGA bring-up experience, including Petalinux or AMD Kria SOM, is also useful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $160,000 to $180,000 annually.
