You will lead hands-on board bring-up, debugging, and integration work that supports reliable system performance and increased production.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead board bring-up, power sequencing validation, and subsystem integration across multiple board designs.\n\nInvestigate signal integrity, power, and RF performance issues, identify root causes, and drive design iterations.\n\nWork with an external design firm to update schematics, review layouts, and manage board fabrication, characterization, and validation.\n\nPartner with FPGA, firmware, and systems engineers to validate subsystem and system-level integration.\n\nDevelop traceability and test procedures to support higher production volumes.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nA B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering and 3-7 years of experience in mixed-signal hardware bring-up, debug, and board-level integration.\n\nExperience with complex PCBAs, including power sequencing, signal integrity, and mixed-signal validation, plus PCB CAD tools such as Altium and schematic review.\n\nKnowledge of ADCs, DACs, DC/DC converters, RF interfaces, high-speed digital, and power distribution.\n\nAbility to identify and solve problems independently and contribute across disciplines.\n\nBackground in telecom, radar, or complex sensing systems is useful; FPGA bring-up experience, including Petalinux or AMD Kria SOM, is also relevant.\n\nMust be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary range: $160,000 to $180,000.
