About the Role
Join an enterprise AI engineering team building and deploying production AI workflows and agentic systems for large organizations. You will work directly with client teams to turn high-impact business challenges into reliable software.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end development of AI workflows and agentic systems, from architecture through production deployment.
Ramp up quickly in unfamiliar client codebases and ship production software with a high degree of independence.
Partner with executive stakeholders and enterprise engineering teams across industries including finance, entertainment, and consumer goods.
Collaborate with AI strategists to scope projects and build systems that operate reliably beyond the initial deployment.
Use modern agentic coding tools to accelerate development and delivery.
What We're Looking For
Three to eight years of full-stack software engineering experience, with a track record of personally building and deploying substantial production systems.
Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including solving real cloud infrastructure challenges.
Proficiency with Python and TypeScript, and interest or experience in agentic AI systems and coding tools.
Strong client-facing communication skills and experience partnering with technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
A high-ownership, fast-paced approach, ideally supported by experience at a startup or in a similarly hands-on environment.
Strong computer science fundamentals are valued.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is $180,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site in New York, New York, with a five-day-per-week in-office schedule.
